To supply your order(s), we will introduce you to DIMA Service Ag (DIMA) a Swiss company whose registered address is Hagenthalerstrasse 150, 4124 Schoenenbuch, Switzerland. Unless advised otherwise, you are requesting us to empower DIMA to act as your or the addressees direct representative (Commission Regulation 2913/92 Article 5 refers) in respect of transporting and importing your orders from Switzerland. A contract will be made between you and DIMA at the moment the goods are dispatched. If you wish to empower an alternative representative to act on your behalf, please advise us as soon as possible. In empowering DIMA, you consent to the commencement of services before your usual right to cancel expires. DIMA does not have any control over any additional charges that may be incurred as a result of customs clearance.
